WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE TOY AS A KID? Mr. Potato Head
WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS AFTER HIGH SCHOOL? Go to college but I’m not sure what I’m going to study yet. I think I’m going to ASU.
OTHER THAN YOUR PARENTS, WHO HAS HAD THE BIGGEST INFLUENCE ON YOUR LIFE? The coaches; they teach me to work hard.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT FOOTBALL? It keeps me in shape.
POSITION: Defensive end.
WHAT DO YOU FEEL LIKE IS YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY ON THE FIELD? If it’s a pass play, I need to stay on the outside, get to the quarterback. I mostly have to pay attention to the quarterback full time. And if it’s a run, I have inside responsibility.
WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE SEASON SO FAR? It’s been pretty good. I’ve gotten to play more that past seasons.
WHEN THE TEAM’S PLAYING WELL, WHAT’S THE KEY TO THAT? Getting them pepped up, the crowd and the other players.
WHAT’S BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE SEASON SO FAR? J.A. Fair was pretty crazy, 49-0.
WHAT’S IT GOING TO TAKE FOR THE TEAM TO BE SUCCESSFUL THE REST OF THE SEASON? Play like it’s the most important game of the season every game.
INDIVIDUALLY, WHAT ABOUT YOUR GAME ARE YOU MOST CONFIDENT ABOUT? I can get off the ball pretty quickly.
WHAT DO YOU WORK HARDEST TO IMPROVE? Well, I could be faster and I have a problem where I usually want to go inside every time even when it’s a pass. I need to work on recognizing pass and run.
