FAVORITE MOVIE: I don’t have a favorite movie either.

FAVORITE TV SHOW: Family Guy

WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE TOY AS A KID? Barney.

WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS AFTER HIGH SCHOOL? To become a construction manager. I’m planning on going to college, probably U of A.

OTHER THAN YOUR PARENTS, WHO HAS HAD THE BIGGEST INFLUENCE ON YOUR LIFE? Not really anybody, my parents have been my biggest influence.

WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT FOOTBALL? Just the team building and being able to prove myself.

POSITION: Linebacker.

WHAT DO YOU FEEL LIKE IS YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY THERE? To keep the defense going even through adversity. You know I feel like I can get my team pumped when I have to. And if we’re down, I can get in front of linemen and be like, ‘Let’s go. Step it up right here and we can make a stand just like we did against Cabot. Even if they did get 10 yards on a run I was like ‘Hey, listen, it’s a new set of downs. We can stop them here.’ And we ended up doing it every time.

WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE SEASON SO FAR? I think we’ve got a pretty good shot of going all the way. We’ve just got to stay focused like we did last week against Cabot. We can do it. Mainly, because people didn’t believe in us and we feel like we should prove ourselves. I think that’s the main drive in the whole team.

WHAT'S BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT TO THE SEASON SO FAR? Beating Cabot.

WHAT'S IT GOING TO TAKE FOR THE TEAM TO BE SUCCESSFUL THE REST OF THE SEASON? Just stay focused and keep working every day, getting better every week.

INDIVIDUALLY, WHAT ABOUT YOUR GAME ARE YOU MOST CONFIDENT ABOUT? Being a leader and doing what I do, just playing football and reading keys and making tackles.

WHAT DO YOU WORK HARDEST TO IMPROVE? What we practice on those teams that we’re playing, to know how to get lined up, the formations, and make sure everybody on the defense knows what they’re doing too.

AFTER YOU'RE THROUGH PLAYING FOOTBALL AT BHS, WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'LL REMEMBER MOST FONDLY ABOUT IT? I’ll remember that this has been my second family here. I just know that anybody here, I could talk to and hang out with. These are my friends right here, the people I’m closest to other than my family.
