OTHER THAN YOUR PARENTS, WHO HAS HAD THE BIGGEST INFLUENCE ON YOUR LIFE? Probably Coach (Paul) Calley, just being here every day with him, telling us what we’re doing wrong and helping us with stuff we need help with.

WHAT DO YOU FEEL LIKE IS YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY ON THE FIELD? Making sure my running back’s protected and the quarterback’s protected.
WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE SEASON SO FAR? We’re doing pretty good so far. I like the way everything’s going besides the loss to Northside. We came through these past weeks and everything’s been going pretty good.
WHEN THE TEAM’S DOING WELL, WHAT’S IT DOING? We’re meshing well. Everyone’s focused. Everyone’s got their head on right. Everything’s just meshing right.
WHAT'S BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT TO THE SEASON SO FAR? Our conference wins. We’re undefeated in conference and we’ve got to keep it that way.
WHAT'S IT GOING TO TAKE FOR THE TEAM TO BE SUCCESSFUL THE REST OF THE SEASON? Staying focused, everybody doing what they’re supposed to do. Seniors stepping up and everyone being a leader to some of the young guys. But staying focused is our main concern.
INDIVIDUALLY, WHAT ABOUT YOUR GAME ARE YOU MOST CONFIDENT ABOUT? Blocking. We’ve got another fullback that runs the ball more but to block and protect the quarterback is more my responsibility.
WHAT DO YOU WORK HARDEST TO IMPROVE? Blocking. Blocking until the whistle.
