SIBLINGS: I have three other siblings. I have an older sister named Brittany and she’s 21. I have an older brother named Cavin and he’s 19. And I have a younger sister named Camryn and she’s 13.
FAVORITE SUBJECT IN SCHOOL: Science.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO IN YOUR SPARE TIME? Spend time with my friends, go fishing.
FAVORITE FOOD: Pizza
FAVORITE MUSIC ARTIST OR GROUP: I really like country music and rock music.
FAVORITE MOVIE: No Country For Old Men
FAVORITE TV SHOW: Pretty Little Liars
WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE TOY AS A KID? I had a set of Hot Wheels and I always played with it.
WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS AFTER HIGH SCHOOL? To attend Henderson State University and be a physical therapist.
OTHER THAN YOUR PARENTS, WHO HAS HAD THE BIGGEST INFLUENCE ON YOUR LIFE? Probably my grandparents; they’ve always been there for me through everything. They’ve always supported me.
FAVORITE THING ABOUT CROSS COUNTRY: Running and bonding with my team. I love the sport.
WHAT’S YOUR APPROACH TO A RACE (Strategy/Preparation)? Just stay focused, I guess; get my head in the game, listen to music and just get in the zone.
WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE SEASON? It’s going great so far. The team is doing so good and I can’t wait to see what else God has in store for us.
WHAT’S BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT TO THE SEASON? Probably being undefeated.
WHAT’S IT GOING TO TAKE FOR THE TEAM TO BE SUCCESSFUL AT CONFERENCE AND STATE MEETS? Just practice hard, stay together as a team, keeps our heads in the game and don’t get distracted.
AFTER YOU’RE THROUGH RUNNING CROSS COUNTRY AT BHS, WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU’LL REMEMBER MOST FONDLY ABOUT IT? Being with my team and running; probably Coach (Danny) Westbrook most of all. He’s been a big influence on me.
