OTHER THAN YOUR PARENTS, WHO HAS HAD THE BIGGEST INFLUENCE ON YOUR LIFE? Probably my grandpa because he just taught me how to be a good person; just influenced me.
FAVORITE THING ABOUT BASEBALL: The pregame butterflies. I like the feeling.
POSITION: Pitcher, right field
WHAT’S YOUR APPROACH AT THE PLATE? Depends; if we face a lefty that throws outside, I try to go late and hit it to right field but most of the time I just go early and try to pull it.
WHAT’S YOUR APPROACH ON THE MOUND? Be aggressive, get ahead early, make him hit my pitch.
WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE SEASON SO FAR? At the beginning, it started off good then we kind of got down a couple of games then I think we turned the corner and started picking it back up again.
WHAT’S BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT TO THE SEASON SO FAR? Probably going undefeated in Florida again, two years in a row.
WHAT’S IT GOING TO TAKE FOR THE TEAM TO BE SUCCESSFUL THE REST OF THE SEASON? Play together, keep the intensity up, get timely hits.

WHAT DO YOU WORK HARDEST TO IMPROVE ON IN PRACTICE? Hitting line drives, not being too picky, being aggressive at the plate.
AFTER YOU’RE THROUGH PLAYING BASEBALL AT BHS, WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU’LL REMEMBER MOST FONDLY ABOUT IT? Probably the two State championships we’ve won and all the hard practices we went through to accomplish our goal of winning a State championship.
