WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO IN YOUR SPARE TIME? Play soccer

FAVORITE FOOD: Ice cream

FAVORITE MUSIC ARTIST OR GROUP: Audio Adrenaline

FAVORITE MOVIE: The Avengers

FAVORITE TV SHOW: Arrow

WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE TOY AS A KID? Any kind of ball

WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS AFTER HIGH SCHOOL? I will be attending Arkansas State University and majoring in Elementary School Education

OTHER THAN YOUR PARENTS, WHO HAS HAD THE BIGGEST INFLUENCE ON YOUR LIFE? My youth pastor Peter Cunningham

FAVORITE THING ABOUT SOCCER: Making friends, running around, and kicking balls

POSITION: Center Defender

WHAT DO YOU FEEL IS YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY ON THE FIELD? My responsibility is to make it as hard as I can for the other team to score. I am supposed to communicate to everyone else on the team more than anyone else and get them all to where they need to be.

WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE SEASON SO FAR? It has been fun, and we accomplished our goal of making it to the State tournament. So it’s been a good season.

WHEN THE TEAM’S PLAYING WELL, WHAT’S IT DOING? Holding possession and sticking to coaches’ game plan.

WHAT’S BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE SEASON SO FAR? My highlight has been scoring a goal on Conway. It was the luckiest goal I’ve ever seen, but, hey, a goal is a goal.

WHAT’S IT GOING TO TAKE FOR THE TEAM TO BE SUCCESSFUL THE REST OF THE SEASON? To be successful we need to stick to coach’s game plan and play as one and have fun.

INDIVIDUALLY, WHAT ABOUT YOUR GAME ARE YOU MOST CONFIDENT ABOUT? Tracking down loose balls and keeping my teammates loose so they don’t stress out too much over a soccer game.

WHAT DO YOU WORK HARDEST TO IMPROVE? Winning balls in the air.

AFTER YOU’RE THROUGH PLAYING SOCCER AT BHS, WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU’LL REMEMBER MOST FONDLY ABOUT IT? That’s a tough question that I don’t think I can answer yet. I’ll remember lots of thing, like long bus rides with my soccer family and making fun of Coach (Brett) Haugh and scoring goals — I’ve scored three in my high school career. But what I will remember most is the friendships I’ve made and the fun I have had while I was out there kicking the ball with my buds. I’ve learned to love the game and play for fun and that’s what it’s all about. I love each and every guy I’ve ever played soccer with and they will be what I will remember the most.
