WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS AFTER HIGH SCHOOL? To go to the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith and play baseball and study Education.
OTHER THAN YOUR PARENTS, WHO HAS HAD THE BIGGEST INFLUENCE ON YOUR LIFE? My brothers Ozzie and Devin and also Dylan Cross; just teaching me how to compete and teaching me everything I know about playing baseball.
FAVORITE THING ABOUT BASEBALL: Just my teammates and the bond I have with them.
POSITION: Catcher.
WHAT’S YOUR APPROACH AT THE PLATE? Do whatever I need to do in the situation to try to help my team.
WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE SEASON SO FAR? I think it’s been pretty successful. Our goal of a State championship is still alive. We’re still working for it.
WHAT’S BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT TO THE SEASON SO FAR? Run-ruling Benton.
WHAT’S IT GOING TO TAKE FOR THE TEAM TO BE SUCCESSFUL THE REST OF THE SEASON? Just stick to our approach and keep scoring a lot of runs because our pitchers are going to do their jobs. We’ve got to score runs.
TALK ABOUT YOUR GAME: WHAT DO YOU FEEL MOST CONFIDENT IN YOUR ABILITY TO DO? Defense, keeping the ball in front and throwing people out.
