WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS AFTER HIGH SCHOOL? I’m going to the University of Arkansas. I’m going to do pre-med.
OTHER THAN YOUR PARENTS, WHO HAS HAD THE BIGGEST INFLUENCE ON YOUR LIFE? My grandmother; she had to battle breast cancer for a long time, just seeing her fight through it, never giving up.
FAVORITE THING ABOUT BASEBALL: Just like the feel of it. It’s America’s pastime. It’s just fun to play.

WHAT’S YOUR APPROACH ON THE MOUND? Keep the ball low, throw lots of strikes and let my defense work behind me.
WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE SEASON SO FAR? It’s gone very well. We’ve played very well so far.
WHAT’S BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT TO THE SEASON SO FAR? I’d say Florida. We went 9-0 and it kind of got us started.
