Physicals for members of the Bryant cheer and dance teams for the 2016-17 school year will be held Monday, Feb. 22, at 5:30 p.m., at OrthoArkansas Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in Little Rock.
Cost is $10 cash or check.
Bryant athletic trainer Christa Finney advises:
“Please come dressed in athletic clothing as part of the exam includes functional movement testing.
“Bus transportation will be provided from the schools on a schedule to be determined. Be watching for information from your coaches.
“If you choose to go to your own physician, you will still be required to fill out all three physical forms provided by your coaches. All three forms MUST be completed and signed in order to try out.
“If parent signatures are not provided in the appropriate spaces on the forms or if the HIPAA is not signed, no physical will be given; no exceptions.”
