FORT SMITH — The Bryant Hornets fell behinid 25-9 in the first quarter to the North[more] Little Rock Charging Wildcats and, though they trimmed the lead to 9 by halftime, never got any closer on the way to an 81-60 loss in the first round of the Coke Classic at University of Arkansas at Fort Smith Thursday.
Sophomore K.J. Hill scored 23 of the Hornets points.
"This game was very similar to the Jacksonville game," said Hornets coach Mike Abrahamson, referring to his team's only other loss this season, a 73-45 setback in a tournament in Conway. "We just didn't compete very hard."
