Sawyer Nichols and DeSean Prichett received the first Logan Parker Memorial scholarships[more] given in honor of the late star quarterback for the Bryant Hornets. The scholarships were presented today by Logan Parker's family, parents Jim Mack and Robin Parker and brother Lance Parker, the new offensive coordinator for the Hornets football team. The family plans to make the presentation every year to Bryant High School seniors who exemplify the school spirit, enthusiasm and involvement of their son who was tragically killed in an incident in Little Rock on Feb. 18, 2012, at the age of 21.
