The scariest costumes will be on display to see which child is the best dressed for Halloween this year on Thursday night at Mills Park, in the Bryant Chamber of Commerce's annual Monster Madness.[more]
Beginning at 5:30 p.m., residents can bring their children out to trick-or-treat in a safely confined area within Mills Park. Candy will be available in abundance for all and a Haunted Trail ride will also highlight the entertainment for the evening.
"We are anticipating perfect weather for Monster Madness at Mills Thursday," said Rae Ann Fields, executive director of the Chamber of Commerce. "We have 10 signed up for a booth and we're looking for more to participate."
Signups end on Wednesday afternoon for booths. In addition, political candidates coming to the event with signs will also be charged for a booth space.
"We encourage them to set up a booth and pass out candy to trick-or-treaters, which is what this is really all about," Fields said.
