Former Arkansas Razorback star J.J. Meadors will be conducting a speed training program and a youth speed development clinic at the Bryant Fitness Zone and Diamond Sports.
The eight-week speed and agility training program is for athletes in grades 6 through 9. Sessions will begin Tuesday, Jan. 19 and conclude Thursday, March 4. There will be Tuesday/Thursday sessions or Monday/Wednesday sessions with one session going from 4 to 5 p.m. and the other from 5 to 6 p.m.Space is limited to eight athletes per session.[more]
The youth speed development clinic for athletes ages 12 to 15 will be held at Diamond Sports on Sunday, Jan. 24, from 2 to 4 p.m. Cost is $20. Space is limited so contact Diamond Sports at 501-653-2287 to reserve a spot. In addition, coaches are encouraged to attend.
