The same Lake Hamilton team that handed the Bryant Blue Lady Hornets eighth grade team of Bethel Middle School a 36-1 loss earlier on Jan. 13, came to Bryant Middle School on Monday night and treated the Bryant White Lady Hornets eighth grade team much the same way. The Lady Wolves held Bryant White without a field goal in a 35-2 win.
It was 19-0 before the Lady Hornets’ Lexi Helton hit a free throw to break the ice. It was 21-1 before Imanii Jones converted at the line for Bryant White’s second point.
Lake Hamilton led 23-2 at the half then 31-2 going into the fourth quarter.
The loss dropped the Lady Hornets to 6-6 on the season with their next game on Monday, Feb. 2, against Conway Blue.
