Saline County Judge Gary Arnold ruled that Phase III of the Arbor Creek Apartments was[more] not subject to the 2011 ban by the Bryant City Council on apartment construction within the city limits.
Jeremiah Oltmans of Oltmans Development Inc., filed a lawsuit against the city on Feb. 22. Oltmans stated that he asked the city to grant a building permit extension to finish the complex.
This week, Judge Arnold ruled in his favor to complete the final phase.
