After having four games in the Midway Classic in Waco, Texas, wiped out by storms over the weekend, Bryant Hornets baseball coach Kirk Bock has scheduled a single varsity game tonight against the White Hall Bulldogs. First pitch is scheduled for 6:30 p.m., at Bryant High School Field. Since there will be no junior varsity game, admission will be free, according to Bryant athletic director Mike Lee.
The Hornets have played just two games plus a pre-season benefit contest and they open 7A/6A-Central Conference play this Friday with a doubleheader at Siloam Springs. Saturday, they head to Tampa, Fla., for a Spring Break tour of games.
