NORTH LITTLE ROCK — The Bryant Hornets junior varsity forced four turnovers and, on the strength of a two-point conversion run by Jakalon Pittman, earned a 14-13 win over the North Little Rock Charging Wildcats JV team on Monday night.
Mike Jones returned an interception for a touchdown for the Hornets. It was a short trip, just 2 yards. Collin Welch also had an interception and both Brooks Ellis and Johnny Wallace recovered fumbles.
Brandon Murray ran for an 11-yard touchdown along the way.
The next JV game will be on Monday, Oct. 12, at home against Hot Springs Lakeside.
