The Bryant Hornets junior varsity soccer team wrapped up its 2014 schedule with a 3-1 win over Little Rock Episcopal on Thursday night.
The Hornets trailed 1-0 at the half but came storming back with goals by James Lasley, Krishna Gurung and Connor Qualls. Gurung’s came on a penalty kick. Qualls was assisted by Edwin Vicente.
“We didn’t play very well the first half,” said Hornets coach Brett Haugh. “However, we started to play much better the second half and were able to put together a few goals.
“Our JV had a great season and I look forward to the years to come with this group,” he concluded.
