PINE BLUFF — Sophomore Wesley Akers threw two touchdowns and sophomore DeVontae Howard tossed[more] another as the Bryant Hornets junior varsity whipped Pine Bluff 32-6 on Monday night.
Akers connected with Greyson Giles, Davis Nossaman for scores. Howard, who also ran for a touchdown, teamed up with Austin Vail.
Pine Bluff scored early then the Bryant defense shut the Zebras out the rest of the game.
