In an effort to enhance emergency and cardiac services for the community, the Saline Memorial Health Foundation has teamed up with First Security Bank to host its sixth annual Swing Fore Saline Golf Tournament on Friday, September 11, at Hurricane Golf and Country Club in Bryant. Tournament proceeds will be used to purchase new cardiac monitors for the SMH Ambulance service that responds to the emergency needs of Saline County.[more]
In 2008, the tournament raised over $30,000 for the Saline Memorial Hospice House, which opened last summer in Bryant and serves patients and families dealing with life-threatening illnesses.
