Jacob Gillip represented the North Haven Phase 2 project requested final plat approval for the[more] subdivision located in Bryant's territorial jurisdiction.
"This is phase 2 of North Haven subdivision (10 lots) and it is in the Bryant's Planning area in Saline County north of Bryant," said Roger Schrader, the engineer of the project. "We are asking for final plat approval."
The fees due for the request had been paid in full.
"Richard Penn, the City Engineer and Director of Public Works, had mentioned in the DRC meeting that he had been out to inspect the subdivision," Chairman Lance Penfield said.
LaVenia Jones, Planning Coordinator, stated she had received the letter of approval from the Saline County Planning Board as had been requested.
A roll call vote was taken to approve the Final Plat for North Haven-Phase 2 and passed 6-0.
