Expanded activities for kids at 22nd Fall Fest

The 22nd annual Bryant Fall Fest on Saturday, Sept. 26, will feature expanded activities for kids.

New contests for kids include a Joe Dirt contest for boys just after the Hannah Montana Look Alike contest at 3 p.m. on the IberiaBank Stage, a 2 on 2 basketball contest on the basketball court at noon, and the national Punt, Pass and Kick at 2:30 (register ahead with the Bryant Parks Department; co-sponsored by the Boys and Girls Club of Bryant). Kids can participate in the Fishing Contest, sponsored by Bryant Healthcare at the Outdoor Adventure Area and enjoy the Boy Scout Troop 17 zipline.[more]

Youths and adults alike will enjoy bash the clunker car by Get Tow’d, karaoke by Brand New Church and video games by Best Buy.

KidZland opens at 9 a.m. and will have more inflatable and slides than ever, an obstacle course, and other amusements. Armbands will be sold for $15 for all day fun on these attractions. The barrel train ride is with separate ticket purchase as is professional face painting and balloon animals.

KidZland sponsors include Arkansas Federal Credit Union (lead sponsor), Bank of the Ozarks, Dial & Dudley Funeral Home, Eagle Electric, Central Arkansas Pediatric Clinic, Saline County Children’s Dentistry, First Southern Baptist Church, and Arkansas Radiology Associates.
