Diamond Sports will hold a clinic “Off-season Maintenance for Baseball Pitchers” with Keith Horn on Sunday, Oct 10, at 2 p.m.

Various exercises for off-season strengthening will be demonstrated at the clinic. Players will go home with plans for a 4 to 8 week conditioning program used by Coach Horn when he was a pitcher in the Cleveland Indians organization.
