Unfortunately, improvement doesn’t always show up in a final score right away.
The Bryant White Lady Hornets eighth grade volleyball team from Bryant Middle School lost what head coach DeAnna Ward called, “another painfully close game,” on Tuesday, 21-25, 18-25 to Lakewood of North Little Rock at the BMS gym.
The team includes Mariah Aguilar, Jayla Anderson, Haley Collins, Claire Henderson, Madison Krick, Taylor Lindberg, Brittany McDonald, Makayla Nguyen, Alexis Parsley, Jessica Reese, Charli Sahr, Sarah Shepard, Abby Staton, and Jordan Tarvin.[more]
“The scores don’t show it, but we are getting better every game,” Ward stated. “Lots of bump, set, spikes which is what we are working for. Our blocking is getting better as well as our serves.
“We just keep having some miscommunication that we need to work on,” she added. “We have had a couple of different starting line-ups and the changes have caused a little confusion. That will all clear up with a little more practice time.”
Ward praised the serving of Makayla Nguyen who was good on all of her serves, picking up five points including an ace.
“Alexis Parsley and Taylor Lindberg also served well,” she added, noting each had three points including an ace for Lindberg.
Jessica Reese had two assists and Lindberg one setting up Mariah Aguilar’s three kills. Charlie Sahr also contributed a kill.
The team’s next outing will be against crosstown rival Bryant Blue on Thursday, Sept. 9.

You gave nice ideas here. I done a research on the issue and learnt most peoples will agree with your blog. Certainly, these practices are unfair; but they say that most of their rules are only to apply to people who overdraw.
