Carlton Billingsley was appointed by Mayor Jill Dabbs to fill Ward 4, Position 1 on the Bryant[more] Planning Commission.
Billingsley, who has 16 years at Floors and More in Benton, serves as secretary of the Bryant Chamber of Commerce and on the advisory board of Starnet. He also serves as chairman of the Environmental Issues Committee, and has been involved with the FCA Network Board.
"Carlton's professionalism and gracious demeanor will serve the citizens of Bryant well as one of our planning commissioners," Dabbs said in a press release. "I am very proud of this Commission. They provide great oversight for the direction of growth our city is headed towards and I believe Carlton's experience and insight will make it even better."
Billingsley will be officially appointed to the Bryant Planning Commission on Friday.
