Students in the Bryant School District held a peanut butter drive contest for the Rice Depot recently and Salem Elementary collected the most jars in the district, according to Tech Aide Kim Wilson. At Salem, the class of Lynda Currey collected the most jars with 169. As a whole, Salem Elementary collected over 800 jars. For their efforts, Mrs. Currey’s class was awarded with a pizza party.
