The Bryant Lady Hornets are not quite set for State yet.
The Rogers Heritage Lady War Eagles can still knock the Lady Hornets out of playing in the Class 7A State Tournament but they’ll need to pull an upset in a make-up game at Siloam Springs on Friday night. Siloam’s Lady Panthers are 16-9 overall and 6-7 in league play and may have a chance to improve its seeding for the Class 6A State Tournament. Heritage is 6-17 overall and 3-10 in the West Conference. A Siloam Springs win would definitely send Bryant to State.
BryantDaily.com regrets reporting that Bryant had clinched a spot on Tuesday in error. Our apologies.
