After several years of hosting the annual Bryant Hornet Cross Country Invitational at Mills Park, the Bryant program will[more] host the meet this year at Bryant's new Bishop Park. The meet will be held Tuesday, Sept. 13.
Four division races will be run starting with the junior girls race at 4 p.m., followed by junior boys, senior girls then senior boys races.
Currently, there are over 20 teams entered with the individual entry count at over 700 runners.
"We're excited about hosting the meet at Bishop Park,” said Bryant coach Danny Westbrook. “We were limited as for as parking and facilities at Mills Park, so I think the move will be very beneficial. We have a lot of the best cross country schools in this area entered, so there should be some very competitive races."
