Francis Harper of Bryant won first place in two categories at the Arkansas State Fair. She won the blue ribbon in the Arkansas Honey Cooking competition for her entry, Honey Cake with Honeyscotch Drizzle. In addition, she won in the Wild Card Cake competition for her Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Icing.
