JACKSONVILLE — The Bryant White Lady Hornets seventh grade team of Bryant Middle School notched their first victory of the season on Tuesday night, pinning a 23-7 loss on the Lady Wolves of Lighthouse Charter School.
Bryant White surged to a 6-0 lead by the end of the first quarter and were in control 15-2 at the half. It was 23-5 going into the fourth quarter.
Meagan Chism led the scoring with 9 points. Hannah Fitzhugh and Faith Stone added 4 each with Kalie Walker, Abbie Johnson and Allie Dugan scoring 2 each.
Now 1-2 on the season, the Lady Hornets are scheduled to play this Saturday in a jamboree they will host.
