JACKSONVILLE — Kelly Williams scored 16 points and Raven Loveless 10 as the Bryant White Lady Hornets eighth grade team of Bryant Middle School overwhelmed the Lighthouse Charter School Lady Wolves on Tuesday.
Jalen Sparks added 7 points with Octavia Brister scoring 4. Jacklynn Greenwood and Carlee Hutchins finished with 3 apiece. Paige Adams, Jasmine Daniels, Gabby Bonvillain and Lizeth Hernandez scored 2 each.
“The girls played good solid defense for four quarters and did a great job of finding the open players in our offense,” noted Lady Hornets coach Kenny Hays. “The team continues to work hard and show improvement each day in practice.”
The win improved the Lady Hornets to 3-0 on the season going into a game this Thursday against North Little Rock.
