Bryant High School, Bethel Middle School, Collegeville, Springhill and Paron Elementary Schools recently[more] participated in the district's annual Thanksgiving Food Drive.
The Air Force Junior ROTC, Jr. Civitan and National Honor Society sponsored the drive at the high school. Students brought canned goods and non-perishable food items.
Over 2,400 pounds of food was donated to the Salvation Army from Bryant High School alone.
In addition, Bethel Middle School collected 173 items, Collegeville Elementary collected 1,080 items, and Springhill Elementary collected 387 items. Paron Elementary collected 296.6 ounces. The food will stay in Saline County to help our local residents.
