The Bryant Parks and Recreation Department announced its schedule of fall activities. They include:
USTA Junior Team Tennis:
12 and under
Prices: $40 for all age groups, family discount $20 for additional siblings.
Dates: Practices begin Sept. 8; first game is Sept. 13
Parents meeting: Aug. 27 at The Center
Location: Mills Park tennis courts
Lil’ Kickers:
3-6 years of age
Price: $40 per person, $20 discount for additional siblings
Dates: Saturday mornings beginning Sept. 5
Location: E Fields at Bishop Park
Youth Volleyball
Grades 3 through 6: Rec League
Grades 5 through 7: Competitive Team League
Prices: $60 ($10 off for members); $350 for team registrations
Dates: Skills test/parents meeting Sept. 17; practices being Sept. 21; first game Sept. 26
Location: Games at The Center, practices at Hurricane Creek Elementary
Adult Flag Football
18 and older
Price: $400 for team (must pay $100 deposit), $80 for free agent sign-up
Dates: Captains meeting Sept. 3; first game Sept. 6
Duration: Eight week season plus playoffs
