SHERIDAN — The Bryant freshman dance and Bryant varsity dance teams competed Saturday at the Sheridan invitation. The freshman team competed in Hip hop and Pom and took first place in both categories. The varsity competed in Jazz, Hip Hop and Pom and took first place in all three categories with a high score of 96 in Pom for the entire competition.
The freshman dance team includes Kyndle Kelly, Gabby Stewart, Natalie Short, Kaitlin Brooks, Baylee Rowton, Olivia Oswalt, Chaterica Fletcher, Angelica Labrador, Taylor Thompson, Hannah Rumbaugh, Hollan Pfaultz, Jodie Huffman, Rachael Hesley, Lauren Nelson, and Bethany Langhammer with manager Ameilia West. The squad is coached by Kim Carmack.
The varsity team includes seniors Olivia Bowden, Kianna Ellithorpe, Danielle Mashburn, Monica Perry, Jayme Rash, Lexi Summers; juniors Hadley Balisterri, Lauren Carmack, Alexis Landers, Olivia Owen, Taylor Wilson; and sophomores Sydney Bratton, Abby Catton, Chloe Cline, Avery Humphries, Avery Lorio, Hannah Miller, Jessica Miller, Presli Pendergrass, Kelsi Scarlett, and Emma Taylor. The team is coaches by Laura Wooten.
