CONWAY — The Bryant Blue Hornets seventh grade basketball team of Bethel Middle School improved to 10-1 on the season with a 39-18 win over the seventh grade team from Bob Courtway Middle School in Conway on Thursday night.

Brandon Warner led the A team with 15 points. John Winn added 10, Mark Winn 7, Jason Hastings 3, Blaine Knight and Ryan Hall 2 each.
Bryant Blue built an 18-7 lead by the end of the first quarter and held a 29-10 advantage at the half. It was 37-10 at the end of the third quarter.
In the B game, Knight accounted for 5 points, Austin Green 2 with Andrew Kincaid, Brian Tackett and Paul Tierney adding a free throw each.
The seventh grade team is scheduled to play in a tournament in Cabot on Saturday.
