Riley Hill served up four aces to help the Bryant Blue Lady Hornets eighth grade volleyball team[more] capture its first win of the 2012 season at the Bethel Middle School gym on Monday.
The Lady Hornets topped the Anthony School, 25-12, 25-17, to improve to 1-1 on the season.
Alex Dillard contributed two service aces and Ainsley Castleberry had one.
In a seventh-grade match, Anthony School prevailed 25-22, 6-25, 15-6.
For Bryant Blue, Ashlyn Lee had four aces. Ashley Cushing and Sydney Shain had one apiece.
The Lady Hornets are scheduled to play Lake Hamilton on Thursday, Aug. 30, at Bryant Middle School.
