MAUMELLE — The Bryant Hornets wrestling team finished 12th in a field of 30 teams at a tournament in Maumelle on Saturday.
Four Hornets turned in top six finishes in their respective weight classes. Senior Kyle Thompson was third in the 160-pound division. In the 220 pound division, senior Drew Allen was fifth. Landon Smith was fifth in the 170-pound class while Chance Levisee finished sixth in the 113-pound group.
Bryant will compete in a tri-match at Searcy on Tuesday with Mountain Home joining in. On Friday, the Hornets will travel to the Greenbrier Panther Invitational, a two-day event.
