Charlie Terry, Caitlyn Bell and Hannah Shelby of the Bryant High School cross country teams will be competing in the 21st annual Arkansas/Oklahoma All-Star Cross Country Classic this Saturday in Rogers.
Bryant coaches Steve Oury and Danny Westbrook have both been selected to the Arkansas All-Star coaching staff.
The meet pits the top 25 runners from each state in head-to-head competition. The Bryant trio was selected based on their outstanding performances at the Class 7A State meet last Saturday at Oaklawn Park in Hot Springs. Bell finished eighth overall and Shelby 14th among 107 entrants in the girls competition. Terry was eighth in the 125-runner boys competition.
