The Bryant High School swimming and diving team will open the 2015-16 season on Thursday afternoon with a home meet at Bishop Park’s Aquatic center. The team, coached by Angel Dale, is coming off a sweep of the District championship meet. The girls were fourth at the State meet and the boys finished fifth.
Returning seniors include Fonzee Bittle, Chandler Reep, Trace Rhode and Ray Weldon for the boys with Katie Higgs, Reagan Smith and Libby Thompson for the girls.
Juniors are Jamie Hammers, Ellie Hooten, Elizabeth Milam, Taylor Wilson and Paris Works. Sophomores are Trevor Ball, Kyle Henry, Michael Higgs, Tristan Hoerschelmann, Zachary Milam, Jake Partain, Jacob Rhode, Jessica Butler, Lara Kockaya, Erica Legate, Lauren Nalley, Erin Vaughn, Taylor Vaughn and Helen Woodham.
Freshmen joining the program this year Dylan Althen, Alex Ball, Caivon Crosby, Jacob Eubanks, Hailey Addison and Kassy Huey.
