The first Scott Suggs Bass Team Tournament, hosted by the Bryant IAFF Local 4606 and the Boys & Girls Club of Bryant, will be held Saturday, May 2, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Crystal Springs on Lake Ouachita.
There will be a $2,000 cash prize for first place; $1,000 for second, $500 for third and $250 for fourth as well as prizes for those who place fifth through 10th.
There’s a $100 entry fee per boat through April 17. (From April 18-May 2, the fee will be $120.) Those who register before April 17 will be entered in a drawing to win prizes. There’s a $10 Big Bass entry fee.
The event is sponsored by Edwards Food Giant and Futrell Marine with proceeds benefitting the Boys & Girls Club of Bryant.
