Another quick start sparks Lady Hornets

Caroline Campbell had three goals and Anna Lowery two as the Bryant Lady Hornets eased to a 6-1 win over the North Little Rock Lady Charging Wildcats on Thursday night in just their second home match.
The non-conference win improved Bryant’s record to 8-0-2 overall this season going into a trip to Lake Hamilton on Friday.
Campbell and Lowery combined on the first three goals. Lowery was assisted by Campbell for the first goal less than three minutes into the contest. Lowery got the assist on Campbell’s first goal at 32:34 then they switched roles again on a goal at 26:50, making it a quick 3-0 lead.
By the half, the Lady Hornets added two more goals. Campbell’s second was assisted by Hadley Dickinson at 18:27. Jacie McMahan connected off a feed from Lowery at 10:31.
In the second half, the lone Bryant goal was Campbell’s off a feed from Dickinson less than eight minutes in.
