The Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department has sent notice of a public involvement meeting to be held on Thursday, Sept. 18, from 4 to 7 p.m., to present and discuss the proposed design plans to widen Highway 5 from Alcoa Road to Highway 183 in Bryant.
This will be an “open house” meeting held at Grace Church (4200 Hwy 5 North) with no formal presentations. The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to view exhibits, ask questions, and offer comments.
