Freshman Lady Hornets erase 14-point deficit in the second half to top Lake Hamilton

PEARCY — The first half of Monday’s game between the freshman girls teams from Bryant and Lake Hamilton was played mostly in the halfcourt. The Lady Wolves took advantage with star post player Kori Bullard scoring 10 points, blocking four shots and grabbing four rebounds. They built a 24-12 lead by the break.

Hornets' second-half spree falls just short of overcoming early deficit

PEARCY — After falling behind 16-3 in the first half, the Bryant Hornets freshman team rallied to within a point at the end of the third quarter and down just two in the final minute of the game. But they just couldn’t manage to gain the lead as the Lake Hamilton Junior Wolves held on for a 37-32 home win on Monday night.

Central Arkansas Water increases rates to City
